📋 Description
• Architect, design and implement foundational solutions for subscription product • Provide technical structure to teams and work closely with management and stakeholders to define strategic roadmaps • Manage individual projects priorities, deadlines and deliverables with your technical expertise • Mentor and train other team members on design techniques and coding standards • Write high quality, well tested code to meet the needs of your customers • Be responsible for product and operational health
🎯 Requirements
• 8+ years of experience in software engineering • You’ve experienced architecting and developing solutions to ambiguous problems with significant impact • Experience managing technical roadmap and driving organizational engineering excellence • Experience building or scaling systems related to subscription/membership/promotion products, or growth levers. • Experience with growth metrics (e.g. conversion, activation, retention, engagement) and A/B testing frameworks
