📋 Description

• Own features end-to-end from product discussion and design to implementation and launch. • Build greenfield products for issuers and distribution partners. This is 90%+ of your focus. • Ship fast and iterate. Test ideas quickly, get them in front of users, and learn from the feedback. • Leverage AI. Use AI tools to accelerate your development workflow. Stay critical. • Work across the stack — backend (Elixir/Phoenix + REST APIs) and frontend (TypeScript/Next.js). AWS infrastructure.

🎯 Requirements

• 7–10 years of professional software engineering experience • Strong full-stack capability — You’re comfortable building and shipping independently from concept to production. • Demonstrated ability to own and deliver product features without heavy hand-holding • Strong communication with non technical stakeholders • Strong engineering leadership skills, including mentoring engineers, providing technical guidance and feedback, driving technical decision-making, and effectively managing stakeholder relationships. • Backend: Working knowledge of Elixir/Phoenix or equivalent backend framework experience • Frontend: TypeScript + modern frameworks (Next.js preferred) • APIs: Experience building and consuming REST APIs • Fundamentals: Strong grasp of system design, data structures, and clean code principles • Prior experience in fintech or crypto • Production experience with Elixir/Phoenix or Next.js • Experience building for issuers, distribution platforms, or marketplace-style products • Startup or early-stage company experience
