📋 Description

• Advise and lead on EU licensing matters: EMI/CASP and MiCA licensing. • Build relationships and execute plans relating to banking access, SEPA connectivity across jurisdictions. • Evaluate regulatory stability, enforcement trends, and institutional responsiveness, and stablecoin and crypto-fiat policies. • Build structured country comparison models for the purpose of making market-entry decisions. • Prepare concise regulatory intelligence reports for internal stakeholders.

🎯 Requirements

• 5 to 7+ years in a regulatory, compliance, or government affairs role in financial services or fintech. • In-depth knowledge of EU financial regulatory systems, including PSD2, MiCA, and e-money frameworks. • Strong ability to interpret and analyse complex regulatory environments. • Excellent written communication; able to summarize large data sets into policy insights.
