📋 Description
• Assist in coordinating 3rd-party outsourced accounting firms across multiple jurisdictions. • Perform crypto-to-fiat reconciliations between wallets, exchanges, and accounting ledgers (Xero, QuickBooks, NetSuite). • Prepare and review CSV data exports from CoinTracking, Bitwave, Cryptio, or similar platforms. • Maintain and organize internal accounting documentation for crypto transactions. • Help automate workflows using APIs, Zapier, or Google Sheets (data import/export). • Track and categorize crypto income, fees, and operating expenses. • Support month-end closing HLPP, reporting, and preparation for audits (archiving data in special Audit/Internal control Folders). • Ensure compliance with internal Client Fund Segregation and Crypto Custody policies.
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field. • 1–3 years of accounting experience (experience in crypto or fintech preferred). • Strong Excel/Google Sheets skills (pivot tables, advanced formulas, Jira Tasks). • Familiarity with at least one crypto accounting or analytics platform (e.g., Bitwave, Cryptio, CoinTracking, Koinly, Gilded). **These skills are a plus.** • “1C: Accounting” experience. **These skills are a plus.** • Understanding of double-entry accounting and reconciliation processes. • Comfortable working with blockchain explorers and crypto wallet data.** These skills are a plus.** • Intermediate to upper-intermediate English (B2+). • Detail-oriented, analytical mindset, and proactive attitude.
