📋 Description

• Manage company liquidity, capital structure, funding strategy, risk management, and banking relationships • Oversee cash and liquidity management through cash flow planning and forecasting • Review capital and funding strategy and analyze and perform appropriate hedging and funding activities • Work closely with the business to minimize financial risk • Manage relationships with banks and financial institutions • Establish treasury policies, procedures, and controls • Provide regular reporting on liquidity, cash position, and risk exposure to the CFO/Board • Lead treasury-related audits, regulatory reporting, and compliance reviews • Manage team operations and controls, drive team-specific projects and initiatives • Monitor compliance with financial regulations and coordinate with other departments on financial matters

🎯 Requirements

• A degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field • 10+ years of progressive experience in corporate treasury, banking, or financial risk management • Strong experience managing the treasury function, including treasury accounting for FX, liquidity, cash flow, and various financial instruments • Proficiency in English at B2 level or higher • Experience with regulatory frameworks (MiFID, MiCA, Basel III, etc.) • Excellent analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills • Strong leadership and stakeholder management capabilities
