📋 Description
• Responsible for the strategy and execution within the Back Office product domain — managing 3 product squads • Collaborate closely with engineering, compliance, marketing, operations, and leadership to deliver high-impact solutions • Independently lead 1–2 cross-domain initiatives from concept to launch and performance analysis
🎯 Requirements
• 4+ years in product roles (including senior/lead), ideally in fintech, crypto, or complex B2B systems • Strategic thinking with hands-on delivery mindset • Strong stakeholder management and communication • Solid understanding of product analytics and unit economics • Experience with cross-functional teams and distributed teams • English: B2-C1
