🎯 Requirements
•3+ years of experience with Golang as a primary working language and 7+ of overall development experience •Experience with queues Kafka/NSQ/NATS/Rabbit •Comfortable working with Docker, Kubernetes, good understanding of CI/CD (we use ArgoCD and Gitlab) •Experience with MySQL or similar DBs •Experience with software engineering best practices (e.g. unit testing, code reviews, design documentation) •Experience with Scrum •Understanding of software observability tools - Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, Opsgenie •Comfortable to work as a tech lead •Experience in training and onboarding engineers •Skilled in assessing technical skills and knowledge via code reviews, peer evaluations, and interview assessments •Experience mentoring junior and mid-level developers, offering coaching, feedback, and support for their career growth •Good level of spoken and written English and Russian
