📋 Description

• Management of the Healthcare correspondence book process • Oversee utilization of the project management tool, Monday.com, ensuring deadlines are met • Responsible for communication with vendors regarding print schedule progress • Review correspondence books for accuracy according to brand guidelines • Work closely with the Sr. Director, Operations to ensure projects are on track and of quality • Assist Graphic Designers with course setup execution when needed • Review and resolve student inquiries related to correspondence books • Collaborate with Customer Service to provide necessary information • Process all invoices from print vendors, ensuring timely payment and accurate coding • Collaborate with stakeholders to deliver GTM Plans on time and accurate • Seek areas for process improvement and document new processes

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years in a project management, content production, editorial, accreditation, management, or similar role • Proficient in Microsoft Office • Experience with project management software, Monday.com preferred • Demonstrated history of excellent organizational skills and attention to detail • Ability to manage multiple projects and consistently meet deadlines • Process-oriented thinker seeking process improvement opportunities • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal • Track record of ownership in projects and tasks • Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent required. Business or project management degree a plus
