📋 Description

• Partner with product managers to define product features, specifications, and roadmap that align with customer and industry needs. • Leverage SAP MM/SCM expertise to ensure product capabilities reflect real-world supply chain and manufacturing processes. • Bring techno-functional insight: bridge functional workflows with technical feasibility (ABAP, integrations, extensions). • Engage with customers, consultants, and industry leaders to capture feedback, validate requirements, and identify new opportunities. • Translate complex business processes into clear product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria. • Collaborate with design and engineering teams to develop user experiences that integrate with SAP-based workflows. • Conduct research on industry trends, SAP S/4HANA evolution, and life sciences regulations to inform product direction. • Prepare process maps, product documentation, and prototypes that reflect supply chain and manufacturing realities. • Represent the product team in customer discussions, demos, and workshops, ensuring credibility and technical-functional depth.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of SAP MM and SCM functional experience, with technical exposure (ABAP debugging, BAPIs, IDocs, integration concepts). • Strong ability to map SAP processes (procurement, inventory, logistics, supply chain planning) to product requirements. • Hands-on exposure to SAP enhancements, interface design, and integration with external systems. • Experience in the life sciences, pharmaceutical, or biotechnology industry (preferred). • Demonstrated ability to write specifications, user stories, and product documentation. • Excellent communication and customer engagement skills—capable of leading discussions with business and IT stakeholders. • Preferred education: MBA/PGDM in Supply Chain, Operations, or Consulting from reputed institutes.
