📋 Description
• Handle day-to-day personal lines servicing with confidence and care using EPIC. • Service and support brokerages when extra capacity is needed • Work remotely or onsite depending on where support is required • Bring consistency, professionalism, and positive energy to every assignment • Build trust quickly, with both clients and team members
🎯 Requirements
• 3–5+ years of personal lines broker experience • Active RIBO license in good standing • Strong, hands-on Epic experience • The ability to hit the ground running in new environments • A friendly, client-first mindset and strong communication skills • Confidence working independently without a lot of ramp-up • A genuine passion for helping people and delivering great service
