📋 Description

• Build AI-based workflows that combine and interpret data from multiple extraction channels to produce reliable answers • Analyze production data to find and fix accuracy gaps on real customer problems • Own features end-to-end, from product requirements, coding, testing, observability, rollout, and maintenance • Collaborate with the founder, engineering leadership, product managers, designers, and engineers to navigate trade-offs and build the product • Build critical features with urgency, attention to detail, and high-quality maintainable code • Develop pre-service products covering insurance eligibility and benefits, prior authorization, referrals, and patient cost estimates

🎯 Requirements

• At least 5 years experience building complex backend systems • Strong Python • Fluency with AI-assisted development, including agentic coding tools such as Claude Code • Passion for building and delivering exceptional products • Ability to navigate a fast-paced work environment • Exceptional written and oral communication skills • Experience with Python, Flask, SQLAlchemy, PostgreSQL, and Redis (nice-to-have) • Experience shipping LLM-based features to production (nice-to-have) • Healthcare experience in eligibility and benefits, revenue cycle, EDI/X12, clearinghouse, or EHR integrations (nice-to-have)
