📋 Description

• Serve as the primary technical resource for the sales team, providing in-depth product demonstrations and presentations to prospects. • Analyze customer requirements and design tailored solutions that address their specific needs and objectives. • Develop a deep understanding of our software products, features, and functionality and effectively communicate the value proposition to prospects. • Lead the implementation of proof of concept (POC) projects to showcase the capabilities of our solutions and validate their effectiveness in meeting customer requirements. • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, product management, and engineering, to ensure alignment between customer needs and product development. • Provide pre-sales technical support, including answering product-related questions, resolving technical issues, and addressing customer concerns. • Conduct training sessions and workshops for internal teams and partners to enhance their understanding of our products and improve their ability to sell effectively.

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience in a technical sales or pre-sales engineering role, preferably in the SaaS industry. Healthcare/Health-Tech experience required. • Strong understanding of software architecture, cloud computing, and web technologies. • Excellent presentation and communication skills, with the ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical audiences. • Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with sales teams and influence decision-making. • Self-motivated with a proactive approach to problem-solving and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer experiences. • Willingness to travel as needed to meet with prospects and attend industry events. • Bachelor’s degree preferred
