📋 Description

• Engage with clients from the strategic planning phase through to operational implementation. • Design and produce deliverables: benchmarks, business support, organizational diagnostics, foresight studies, agile project management, and business audits. • Develop and facilitate innovative collaborative workshops. • Contribute to identifying new needs, commercial transformation, and client retention. • Support the growth and skills development of recent graduates and interns. • Receive guidance from a coach who will monitor your career development.

🎯 Requirements

• Degree from a top engineering school. • Minimum of 3 years' experience, acquired in a consulting firm. • Initial experience with a client in the energy sector or a strong interest in the sector and the challenges of the energy transition. • Highly rigorous with excellent analytical and synthesis skills. • Strong team spirit with excellent interpersonal skills. • Fluency in English. • Commitment to our values and a strong willingness to be involved in projects.
