📋 Description

• You will work with our clients from strategic planning through to operational implementation: design and delivery of deliverables (benchmarks, project scoping, business audits, etc.) • Develop and facilitate innovative collaborative workshops • Provide our methodologies and industry expertise • Project leadership and management • Contribute to our commercial development by identifying new needs, supporting business conversion and client retention • Support the development and skills growth of our junior hires and interns • Contribute to Colombus Consulting’s growth through internal initiatives: communications, development of new expertise and innovative offers, recruitment, event organization, sector monitoring, etc.

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years’ experience, ideally in a consulting firm • Degree from a leading engineering school, business school or university • Prior experience with a client in the financial services sector on one or more of the following topics: organization, operational efficiency, cost reduction programs, change management, AI transformation • Highly rigorous with excellent analytical skills • Team player • Full professional proficiency in English
