•COLORS Worldwide Inc. is the creative force behind R&B ONLY, a movement dedicated to amplifying R&B music and culture. •Over the past decade, we’ve produced over 700 shows in 50+ cities, selling more than 700,000 tickets independently. •With a digital reach of 13.4 million impressions in the past month alone, R&B ONLY is growing rapidly as both an in-person and online brand. •We’re looking for a dynamic, driven, and experienced Sponsorship Sales Specialist to help us secure partnerships for our live events and digital content. •This is a commission-based role where your ability to build relationships and close deals will directly contribute to the expansion of one of the most exciting brands in music and entertainment.

🎯 Requirements

•Experienced: You have a proven track record of closing sponsorship or ad sales deals, preferably in entertainment, events, or media. •Self-Starter: You’re proactive and thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment. •Results-Driven: You’re motivated by hitting (and exceeding) sales targets. •Creative: You think outside the box when crafting sponsorship packages and pitching to clients. •Strong Communicator: Your presentation and relationship-building skills are top-notch. •Passionate About Music and Culture: You understand and appreciate the impact of R&B music and culture.
