⢠Responsible for the proper operation and maintenance of the engine room and other machinery equipment. ⢠Assist the Chief Engineer in managing daily engine room operations ⢠Supervise maintenance and repair of main engine, auxiliaries, and machinery ⢠Plan and execute preventive maintenance schedules ⢠Lead engine room watchkeeping and manage engine crew ⢠Experience with a multicultural working environment.
đŻ Requirements
⢠Minimum experience requirements: 8 months in Rank with the same type of vessel. ⢠Experience on engine model: M/E: Sulzer 7RT-flex84T-D is required. ⢠Experience with oil product cargo operations. ⢠Experience in trading area USA and Australia is recommended. ⢠Holder of a valid COC (STCW Reg III/2) with verification. ⢠Holder of valid STCW certifications required for the position. ⢠Good communication and leadership skills. ⢠Effective English communication ⢠Safety culture and mindset.
