â˘Holder of valid COC (STCW Reg II/2) with verification. â˘Holder of valid STCW certifications required for the position. â˘Good communication and leadership skills. â˘Experience with multicultural working environment. â˘Fluent in written and spoken English language. â˘Safety culture and mindset.
