📋 Description

• Support and optimize drop ship operations by managing vendor relationships • Monitor order fulfillment performance and analyze supply chain data • Ensure seamless customer experience • Serve as a key liaison between internal teams and external suppliers • Drive operational efficiency, inventory accuracy, and on-time delivery • Leverage data and reporting tools to identify trends and resolve fulfillment issues • Improve vendor compliance and support strategic initiatives

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business or equivalent combination of education and experience • 5-8 years’ professional experience in related position • Previous experience in retail buying, retail planning, or similar experience with retail forecasting and sales analysis required • Strong knowledge of the outdoor industry, consumer buying patterns, and retail dynamics • Advanced knowledge of retail math and pricing strategies • Strong understanding of merchandising, buying, product allocation, and retail sales analysis • Proficient experience in manipulating data, including statistical analysis and advanced math calculations • Strong organizational and presentation skills and attention to detail required • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to interact with stakeholders at various levels, internal and external
