📋 Description
• Focus on mid-market origination • Originate and execute investment banking transactions for companies with $10m+ SaaS revenue or $5m+ EBITDA • Build and maintain relationships with strategic and private equity buyers • Lead and mentor junior staff • Travel as required
🎯 Requirements
• 10-15+ years of relevant experience, including significant success in the software field • Compelling subject matter expertise in one or more of the following: vertical software, online retail, professional services, tech-enabled services, and payments • Experience in leading and mentoring junior staff • Relationships with relevant strategics and private equity buyers of relevant companies • Willingness to travel • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or economics, or an MBA • FINRA Series 7, 63, and 79 certifications
