• Focus on mid-market origination • Work with companies with $10m+ in SaaS revenue or $5m+ in EBITDA across sectors of expertise
🎯 Requirements
• 10-15+ years of relevant experience • Compelling subject matter expertise in vertical software, online retail, professional services, tech-enabled services, and payments • Experience in leading and mentoring junior staff • Relationships with relevant strategics and private equity buyers of relevant companies • Willingness to travel • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or economics, or an MBA • FINRA Series 7, 63, and 79 certifications
