📋 Description

• Develop backend solutions with precision and maintainable code, ensuring high quality and scalability • Oversee and manage system operations to ensure smooth performance and reliability of our services • Collaborate closely with the DevOps team to streamline deployments, improve monitoring, and enhance incident response procedures

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in backend development (Python, Golang, or similar), preferably in a fast-paced, agile environment • Experience in system administration and operations, including managing hosted servers, microservice architectures, and applications (web and mobile) • Strong experience with Docker and proficiency in Kubernetes for container orchestration and management • Skilled in designing and maintaining RESTful APIs and experienced with Git for version control and collaboration • Experience with relational databases such as PostgreSQL, including optimization and administration • Familiarity with CI/CD practices and experience working in cloud environments (preferably DigitalOcean, AWS, or similar) • Experience with message queues (e.g., NATS, Kafka, RabbitMQ) is a plus • Strong teamwork skills with a collaborative approach to problem-solving and knowledge sharing • Excellent communication skills with proficiency in English (C1). German language skills are a plus.
