📋 Description

• Individual support: You provide one-on-one assistance to students and apprentices in grades 5–13 with their learning needs — either via chat or online video. • Homework help and explanations: You answer homework questions and explain complex topics to strengthen their understanding. • Continuous development: You have the opportunity to keep improving your skills — through your own commitment and through our specially developed tutor training programs.

🎯 Requirements

• Passion for teaching: You enjoy sharing knowledge and guiding learners on their educational journey — both via text chat and video. • Subject expertise: You have excellent knowledge in English, German, French, or Economics. • Qualification: You have at least an Abitur (German higher secondary school certificate). A degree in education or further training in pedagogical/didactic methods is a strong plus but not required. • Independence: You work autonomously and can convey learning content effectively and creatively. • Openness and innovation: You are eager to help shape the future of tutoring, to use modern teaching formats, and to support the ongoing development of our product.
