📋 Description

• Individualized support: You help students in grades 5–13 and apprentices/trainees with their learning needs on a one‑to‑one basis — either via chat or online video. • Homework assistance and concept clarification: You answer homework questions and explain complex topics to deepen understanding. • Continuous development: You have the opportunity to keep improving your skills — both through your own learning commitment and through our specially developed tutor training.

🎯 Requirements

• Passion for teaching: You enjoy conveying knowledge and supporting learners on their educational journey — via text chat and video. • Subject expertise: You have excellent knowledge in mathematics and physics or in chemistry, and very good German language skills. • Qualification: You have at least the German Abitur (or an equivalent secondary‑school qualification). • Pedagogy and didactics: Experience or training in teaching methods is a strong plus but not required. • Independence: You work autonomously and can present learning content effectively and creatively.
