📋 Description

• Own customer relationships throughout the lending journey • Build rapport and provide expert advice • Help customers achieve good outcomes • Use a modern interaction platform for digital chats and outbound customer calls • Use a modern lending platform for financial assessments, approvals, and settlements • Work with the support of a Team Leader

🎯 Requirements

• At least 1 year in mortgage lending or credit assessment • Proficient lender • Ability to build customer rapport and provide expert advice over email, chat, and calls • Enjoys working autonomously within a driven team • Prepared to be rostered for some weekends and public holidays • Quiet and comfortable home workspace with high-speed internet • Existing Commonwealth Bank Group employees, including Bankwest and x15ventures, must apply through Sidekick to submit a valid application
