âą Install, modify, and repair DAS infrastructure at customer facilities, including antennas, splitters, couplers, fiber, coax, remotes, BDAs, and headend equipment. âą Perform cabling work in construction and operational warehouse environments, including routing, termination, labeling, and securing fiber and coax in accordance with NFPA, IFC, NEC, OEM, and Commdex standards. âą Lead teams in performing cable sweep testing, fiber testing (including OTDR), and RF signal validation and OEM acceptance thresholds. âą Document findings, corrective actions, and resolution outcomes. âą Prepare and upload daily field reports, inspection photos, redlines, test results, and close-out documentation to project SharePoint repositories. âą Coordinate material readiness and support break/fix and maintenance activities.
âą High school diploma or equivalent required; technical or vocational training preferred. âą Minimum 4 years of experience installing, maintaining, or troubleshooting DAS, ERCES, RF systems, or telecom infrastructure. âą DAS OEM training certification required. âą Hands-on experience with DAS OEM equipment, including Westell, Comba, Honeywell, and ADRF to name a few. âą Strong working knowledge of OEM-specific DAS architecture, alarms, configuration, and troubleshooting processes. âą Experience performing coax sweep, Fiber testing with OTDR, RF signal verification testing with PcTel. âą Ability to read and interpret DAS design documents, iBwave designs, construction drawings, one-line diagrams, and rack elevations. âą Comfortable working in active customer environments with elevated safety and documentation requirements. âą Proficiency using Microsoft 365 tools (MS-Word, Excel, Teams, SharePoint) for reporting and documentation. âą Ability to meet customer onboarding, access, and safety certification requirements.
âą Travel nationwide to customer facilities to support inspections, maintenance, testing, and repairs. âą Company travel card can be provided if needed for company travel expenses ONLY.
