📋 Description

• Prepare and organize the CEO's meetings and travel • Manage the CEO's phone calls and emails • Maintain and update the CEO's calendar • Manage development projects for the CEO • Perform administrative tasks such as handling mail, files, and invoices • Assist the CEO in preparing presentations and reports • Maintain effective communication with the company's various departments

🎯 Requirements

• Associate degree (Bac +2) in Administrative Management • Minimum of 2 years of proven experience as an executive assistant • Strong time-management and organizational skills • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Excellent interpersonal skills • Proactive and initiative-taking • Proficient with common computer tools, including Google Docs • Ability to work independently and as part of a team • Discretion and professionalism
