• Partner with engineering leadership to define and execute the roadmap for infrastructure unification • Drive evolution toward cloud-native environments • Ensure core data and messaging layers are optimized for global scale • Lead developer productivity engineering to reduce cycle times across workflows • Coach and mentor engineering managers and technical leaders
🎯 Requirements
• 10+ years in software engineering with 5+ years managing teams • Expertise in cloud-native, containerized, and highly orchestrated environments • Knowledge of Kubernetes and infrastructure-as-code • Hands-on experience optimizing global performance and security using edge platforms like Cloudflare • Ability to evaluate system design trade-offs and identify application weaknesses
