📋 Description

• Work with the Customer Team to provide information from the Partner tool • Analyze issues relating to Telecom network KPIs • Investigate issues pertaining to Customers’ network and Partner traffic integrations • Perform daily operations and maintenance and resolve problems • Identify, diagnose, and resolve system-related issues through troubleshooting and root-cause analysis • Provide technical guidance to major telecom customers

🎯 Requirements

• 2-3 years of relevant experience • SQL knowledge • Cellular protocol understanding • Basic system skills: Linux, Cloud & Cloud native understanding • Very good customer interaction interface skills and ability to independently conduct Customer calls • Willingness to work in shifts (24/7) • Willingness to travel on-site for few days (on business needs) • Knowledge of Wireshark tool (nice to have)
