• Lead the integration of enterprise-wide risk insights and strategic risk programs • Oversee development of risk indicators, analytics, scenario analysis, and reporting • Partner with leaders and teams to develop a holistic view of enterprise risk exposure • Report to the Chief Risk Officer and serve as key member of the Risk Leadership Team • Develop and maintain the risk taxonomy and risk appetite • Lead the development of Key Indicator framework and scenario analysis exercises • Own development and execution of risk reporting and analytics capabilities • Oversee Third and Fourth Party Risk Management Program • Drive continuous improvement of ERM practices and tools
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent • Advanced degree (MBA, MS or equivalent) • Minimum of 12 years in enterprise risk management or related disciplines • Minimum of 7 years of leadership experience • Minimum of 5 years of people management experience • Applicants must be authorized to work in the US without requiring employer sponsorship currently or in the future
