📋 Description
• Oversee the product design process and provide guidance to the design team • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineers and product managers • Ensure design decisions meet business objectives and enhance user experience
🎯 Requirements
• 7+ years of product design experience with consumer-facing experiences • Strong personal project management skills including the ability to manage competing priorities and multiple concurrent projects • Experience with Sketch, Photoshop and Figma to design products • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Strong problem-solving skills • Ability to clearly articulate design decisions, along with sound rationale to support them
