📋 Description

• Design is core to how we build and differentiate. • We’re looking for a Director of Design who can operate as a player-coach. • You’ll work closely with product, engineering, marketing, and go-to-market teams to shape elegant, intuitive experiences. • This is a rare opportunity to own design in a high-growth startup with clear product-market fit. • If you love working in the middle of product, brand, and business—and want to leave your fingerprints on something big—we want to meet you.

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in product and/or brand design, including time spent at high-growth B2B SaaS companies. • A strong individual contributor portfolio that demonstrates clarity, craft, and usability across product and marketing experiences. • Experience mentoring or managing other designers, even informally, with an interest in team building and coaching. • A person with a strong growth oriented mindset. • Comfortable toggling between strategic leadership and tactical execution. • Strong collaboration and communication skills—especially in remote, async-friendly environments. • Familiarity with data-rich or workflow-centric tools (bonus for PLG, RevOps, or GTM experience). • Fluency in Figma and other modern design tools.
