📋 Description

• Resolve complex client inquiries via chat, email, and video calls • Troubleshoot technical issues across APIs, custom embeds, integrations, and product configuration • Report software bugs and identify trends across customer issues • Conduct technical discovery sessions during evaluations, proofs of concept, and ongoing projects • Engage executive decision-makers to align solutions with customer objectives • Validate technical feasibility and project requirements • Scope customer projects and estimate effort for end-to-end solutions • Build, maintain, and support custom solutions using JavaScript, APIs, Cloudflare, Pipedream, n8n, and external platforms • Create and maintain technical documentation • Build internal tools and automations with analytics and reporting • Collaborate with Sales and Customer Success and support pre-sales efforts • Support marketing and community efforts through technical content and use-case demonstrations

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years in a Support Engineering, Solutions Engineering, or similar technical customer-facing role • Strong experience guiding enterprise customers through complex software decisions • Strong technical grounding in SaaS, APIs, and enterprise integrations • Hands-on experience making HTTP requests, reading API documentation, and connecting third-party services, automations, and data flows • Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript • Experience with dashboards, internal tools, and process documentation • Comfortable prioritizing and managing multiple requests under deadlines in a dynamic, fast-changing environment • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Fluent in English and Spanish • Eligibility to work in Spain
