• We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Digital Partner Success Manager to join our team. • The Digital Partner Success Manager will be responsible for supporting digital customer acquisition partners through the onboarding process, managing relationships, ensuring smooth operational execution, and driving the success of partner sales initiatives. • In addition, it will require the ability to build and manage paid digital marketing campaigns across various platforms (Meta, LinkedIn, and Google). • This role involves collaboration across multiple teams, including sales, compliance, training, and finance, with a focus on sales performance and long-term success. • A successful candidate will be familiar with the process of launching successful D2C digital marketing campaigns on various platforms and will be able to advise partners on best practices.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field (e.g., business, marketing, sales). • 3+ years of experience in partner success, account management, or sales management. • Strong understanding of partner onboarding, digital marketing strategies, and sales performance metrics. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships at all levels. • Proven ability to manage multiple partners and stakeholders simultaneously. • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with a focus on continuous improvement. • Ability to work cross-functionally and manage internal and external relationships effectively. • Self-motivated with the ability to take ownership of initiatives and deliver results. • Experience using partner relationship management tools and platforms. • Working knowledge of digital marketing tactics and key metrics to be able to support partner success.
