📋 Description
• Serve as go-to data partner for internal teams, executing SQL queries and creating reports • Build and maintain dashboards for internal stakeholders • Support colleagues learning SQL and provide rapid analysis for decision-making • Ensure data quality and consistency across reporting ecosystem • Perform strategic analysis: identify trends, surface insights, present actionable findings • Partner with Engineering, Marketing, Sales, Customer Success, and leadership on initiatives
🎯 Requirements
• Advanced SQL proficiency • Experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, Looker, Power BI, or similar) • Comfort with AI-first data reporting tools like BlazeSQL or the Data Analyst GPT • Comfort with statistical analysis and A/B testing methodologies • Familiarity with Python/R for data analysis (nice to have) • Experience with modern data stack tools (dbt, Snowflake, BigQuery, or similar) • 4+ years of experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or related role • Experience working with subscription data preferred • Excellent English communication skills - both written and verbal • Ability to present findings to technical and non-technical audiences • Strong stakeholder management skills
