📋 Description

• Contribute to the technical direction of the RCM platform by proposing and implementing improvements to architecture, tools, and technologies • Build end-to-end products to revolutionize revenue cycle management for providers and administrators • Own end-to-end integration workflows from design and development through deployment and post-launch monitoring • Collaborate with product, engineering, and healthcare teams to gather integration requirements, define technical approaches, and prioritize tasks • Improve system reliability and observability through monitoring, logging, and alerting best practices • Optimize web application performance and scalability • Collaborate with infrastructure and backend teams to ensure high availability and resilience of core functions • Mentor and guide engineers • Conduct code reviews, uphold best practices, and drive architectural improvements • Ship production AI features for claims submission, remittance posting, denials and appeals, and document extraction • Own the AI feature lifecycle from prompt design and evaluations through production infrastructure • Partner with customers and internal operations teams to create auditable, AI-assisted workflows

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent extensive experience • 2+ years of professional software development industry experience • Proficiency in frontend languages like Javascript, HTML, CSS • Proficiency in backend languages like Python, Go, or C++ • Experience with Git, GCP / AWS, Docker, Kubernetes, relational and non-relational databases, and monitoring/alerting tools • Proven track record of designing and implementing end-to-end solutions and making successful architectural decisions • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment • Employees must comply with organizational information security policies and report confirmed or potential security events or risks • Employees must attest to information security requirements upon hire and annually
