• Compa is seeking a Compensation Analyst to own the technical onboarding of customer compensation data into our products and advance our position as the leader in compensation market intelligence. • Success depends on your ability to balance execution and strategy while taking ownership, leading with data, and mastering collaboration. • Drive exceptional job matching and comp data interpretation and advance our AI-driven technical solutions alongside Compa’s engineering team.

🎯 Requirements

• Compensation domain knowledge is non-negotiable - this role requires at least two years in a Compensation role. • A proven track-record of taking customer action, extra points for Compensation Consulting experience. • Your tech savvy and proactive approach means you find your way into our tools and platforms (Notion, Slack, Zoom, Google Workspace and internal tooling) to communicate asynchronously. • Spreadsheet expertise is a must (Excel, Sheets) - there will be a quiz to test your skills!
