âą Maintain a personal relationship with Jesus Christ âą Be a consistent witness for Jesus Christ, maintains a courteous, Christ-like attitude âą Act as an advocate to raise awareness of the needs of children âą Commit to child protection considerations in decision-making, tasks and activities âą Design and oversee comprehensive MEL frameworks for USG-funded programs âą Lead the development and execution of baseline studies, mid-term reviews, and final evaluations âą Monitor program performance against approved indicators, targets, and milestones âą Produce high-quality internal and donor reports âą Ensure data integrity, documentation, and accessibility for audits, evaluations, and donor engagement âą Provide technical guidance and training to staff and partners on MEL systems âą Strengthen organizational capacity by promoting effective use of MEL tools and evidence-based decision-making âą Mentor and coach MEL specialists and related staff; may supervise team members as needed.
âą 10+ years of progressive experience designing and managing MEL systems for large-scale donor-funded programs âą Deep knowledge of USG policies, regulations, and reporting requirements âą Certification in monitoring and evaluation, project management, or a related field from a recognized institution preferred âą Demonstrated experience coaching, mentoring, and supporting multidisciplinary teams âą Strong ability to work across functions and influence stakeholders at all levels âą Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including donor reporting âą Comfortable working in evolving environments with developing processes âą Ability to travel up to 25%.
