📋 Description

• Produce high-quality, long-form technical marketing content targeted at skeptical, non-technical buyers. • Create one comprehensive long-form asset per month (1,500–3,000 words; white papers, checklists, etc.). • Conduct interviews with internal subject matter experts (SMEs), with scheduling support from Iterable. • Distill SME insights and independent research into well-structured, accessible narratives. • Suggest detailed visual elements (tables, diagrams, etc.) that will enhance the final deliverable to be executed by Iterable’s design team. • Collaborate asynchronously with multiple stakeholders and adapt based on layered feedback. • Maintain alignment with brand tone, persona insights, and messaging frameworks provided by Iterable. • Participate in light onboarding (e.g., Academy) to understand the product and ecosystem. • Scope: ~30 hours/month; Engagement Type: 6 months to start (contract), excluding December; Ideal start early-to-mid October 2025.

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience writing for technical/B2B audiences, preferably martech or SaaS. • Experience translating complex topics (data compliance, martech stacks, technical integrations) into buyer-friendly language. • Ability to create long-form assets (1,500–3,000 words). • Comfortable conducting interviews with internal subject matter experts. • Strong self-management and attention to detail. • Familiarity with compliance topics (e.g., GDPR) and the martech stack landscape. • Visual thinking skills; able to suggest infographics, diagrams, and structured visual layouts. • Open to using AI tools, including client-provided GPTs trained on brand tone and product features. • Comfortable ghostwriting or accepting bylines (bonus). • Ability to collaborate asynchronously with multiple stakeholders.
