• Responsibility for the operational implementation of the Workplace strategy with a focus on service quality, growth and profitability • Leadership, management and enablement of around 10 managers and overall responsibility for an organization of approximately 210 employees • Development and implementation of a sustainable services strategy, as well as service and delivery processes in the Workplace domain • Management of capacity, demand and growth planning in the Professional Services business • Responsibility for budget, planning and KPIs within the Solution Area • Ensuring service quality and customer satisfaction, including escalation management at the management level • Representing the area in presales, proposal and customer contexts, and contributing to cross-departmental and cross-solution initiatives
• Several years of disciplinary leadership experience, ideally including the management of managers and larger organizational units • Experience in managing and developing IT service organizations • Solid knowledge of Workplace Services, Modern Workplace and End User Computing • Understanding of Digital Employee Experience, automation and AI-powered services in an enterprise environment • Ability to translate customer requirements into viable IT and service solutions • Strong strategic thinking and proven ability to execute • Excellent communication, presentation and facilitation/moderation skills in German and English • Willingness to travel to national offices and customer sites
