📋 Description

• Manage and actively develop our comrce community • Ensure our users feel welcome, engage with one another, and that the community grows • Bring feedback and ideas from the community into the company • Be active outside the platform in relevant communities and forums • Represent us at events and meetups, strengthening on-site engagement with our community • Create content and communicate our topics authentically and clearly

🎯 Requirements

• Some initial experience in community management, social media, content creation, or a comparable, communication-focused role • Digital literacy; confident using social media as well as online communities and forums • Enjoy proactively engaging with people and building long-term relationships • Strong communication skills; confident and authentic presence, including on camera • Fluent German and English, written and spoken
