📋 Description

• Lead and continuously develop the Finance team in coordination with the CFO • Develop organizational structures, responsibilities, and governance within Finance • Optimize Finance processes, expand automation, and implement appropriate systems and KPIs • Lead and develop the People team • Ensure efficient and scalable People structures, processes, and responsibilities • Enable the People team to strategically support business functions in recruiting, performance management, compensation, learning and development, and employee relations • Further develop People processes and tools to support managers • Efficiently transfer and operationalize strategic changes in collaboration with the executive team and Chief of Staff • Continue building the Business Operations function • Further develop central company processes relating to data protection, legal, compliance, insurance, and corporate governance • Establish clear standards, responsibilities, and efficient administrative processes

🎯 Requirements

• Several years of leadership experience in a senior role • Experience leading and developing teams within complex, growing organizational structures • Broad understanding of business administration • Understanding of the interdependencies between Finance, People, and Business Operations • Experience adapting internal company functions, processes, and responsibilities to support organizational growth • Solution-oriented, pragmatic, and hands-on approach • Strong communication and leadership skills • Confident communication in German and English • Willingness to take on new or changing Business Operations topics • Experience with Google Workspace, Slack, Asana, Miro, Langdock, and Personio, or willingness to use these tools
