📋 Description

• Develop the internal Finance, People, and Business Operations functions, currently comprising 8 FTEs • Lead the Finance team in close coordination with the CFO and continuously develop the function • Build out organizational structures, responsibilities, and governance within Finance • Optimize Finance processes, expand automation, and implement appropriate systems and KPIs • Lead the People team and develop structures, processes, and responsibilities efficiently and scalably • Enable the People team to act as a strategic partner for recruiting, performance management, compensation, learning and development, and employee relations • Further develop People processes and tools to support managers • Drive strategic changes throughout the organization and implement them operationally in collaboration with the executive team and Chief of Staff • Continue building Business Operations and ensure scalable structures, processes, and responsibilities • Further develop central company processes relating to data protection, legal, compliance, insurance, and corporate governance • Establish clear standards, responsibilities, and efficient administrative processes

🎯 Requirements

• Several years of leadership experience in a senior management role • Experience leading and developing teams within complex, growing organizational structures • Broad understanding of business administration and operations • Ability to provide strategic and operational guidance across Finance, People, and Business Operations • Experience in organizational development and building internal corporate functions, processes, and responsibilities • Solution-oriented, pragmatic, and hands-on approach • Clear communication and strong leadership skills • Fluency in German and English, both written and spoken
