📋 Description

• Drive implementation of the AI-enabled Intelligent Operations Platform as part of global Operational Excellence and Digital programs for pharma and chemical manufacturing customers. • Build capabilities in consulting and implementation teams and develop the organization. • Shape practical ways of working for collaboration, execution, and alignment. • Drive predictable ARR growth, professional services revenue, and capacity utilization. • Translate customers’ operational work processes into IOP solution designs. • Integrate IOP into customer reference IT architectures including MES, ERP, LIMS, data platforms, AI agents, and collaboration tools. • Guide strategic PoCs, pilots, and corporate rollouts from scoping to measurable success. • Design scalable rollout models, global templates, governance, and rollout waves. • Define and track project success criteria and KPIs. • Manage strategic customer projects hands-on. • Expand corporate PoCs and pilots into multi-site and global programs. • Lead strategic customer growth and support sales with solution strategies, proposals, and pre-sales activities. • Support self-driving growth and user adoption with the Academy and Community team. • Build senior stakeholder relationships across Operations, Operational Excellence, and Digital/IT. • Drive high user adoption, customer value, risk management, and renewals. • Lead teams in delivering, hardening, and scaling innovations across the customer base. • Ensure DevOps practices and strong interaction with Software Development. • Drive technically excellent implementations, continuous improvement, RCAs, CAPAs, and stable zero-incident operations.

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years in Pharma Operational Excellence or Pharma Manufacturing Digitalization • Experience in leading Software PoCs or pilots as part of corporate programs • Experience leading and transforming a team • Commercial mindset and comfort teaming with Sales • Mobility / availability to travel • Excellent English and German communication skills
