📋 Description

• As Operations Business Director Germany, you are responsible for the operational management of the German market — roadsurfer's largest and highest-revenue market. • You ensure that stations, fleet, and repair & maintenance processes are stable, efficient and scalable, and that operational targets for cost, quality, availability and customer satisfaction are reliably met. • You manage day-to-day operations across all German locations, work closely with central teams within a matrix organization, and ensure clear processes, consistent execution and measurable performance. • Responsible for central operational KPIs, including: vehicle availability & downtime, repair & maintenance cost per vehicle, pickup & return productivity, service & quality metrics (e.g., NPS/SQS)

🎯 Requirements

• Several years of experience in a highly operational leadership role in a decentralized environment • Demonstrable responsibility for operational KPIs, budgets and cost control • Experience in operations, fleet or asset-heavy business models • Leadership experience across multiple locations • Strong numerical and analytical skills and a pronounced data-driven decision-making approach • Strong execution skills, clarity in action and a pronounced hands-on mentality • Excellent communication skills in a matrix organization • Willingness to travel regularly within Germany and to the headquarters in Munich / Frankfurt
