• Develop and execute commercial marketing plans across Singapore and Malaysia • Lead retail, pharmacy, e-commerce, and trade activation campaigns • Manage new product launches and go-to-market initiatives • Support distributor partnerships and new market development across SEA and MEA markets • Drive premium brand execution across all consumer touchpoints • Monitor campaign performance, budget, ROI, and market insights • Collaborate closely with Sales, Digital, Supply Chain, and Global Brand teams
• 7+ years' experience in commercial marketing, trade marketing, brand management, or shopper marketing • Experience within FMCG, health & wellness, consumer healthcare, or a similar category • Strong knowledge of Singapore and/or Malaysia retail and distributor channels • Proven success delivering commercial growth through marketing activation • Exceptional stakeholder management and project management skills • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Commerce, or a related discipline • Fluent English and Bahasa Malaysia; Mandarin is advantageous
