• Deliver strategic consulting, design, advisory services, market research, and contact center analytics • Align Business Applications solutions with business outcomes • Deliver technical sessions and workshops to support customer skilling • Provide strategic advisory services during steering committee meetings
🎯 Requirements
• Prior experience as a Cloud Solution Architect (CSA) • Strong 'Technical' expertise on Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (F&O) • Deep technical expertise in Dynamics 365 F&O, including development experience in X++ • Proven ability in debugging and performance troubleshooting • Familiarity with AI-enhanced ERP capabilities • Strong grasp of Microsoft Azure cloud computing fundamentals • Knowledge of how Dynamics 365 F&O interacts with Azure components • Extensive experience in the technical and functional aspects of Dynamics F&O/AX • Demonstrated expertise in implementations and the management of ERP software • D365 F&O or AX technical and functional certifications • Ability to create and maintain comprehensive system documentation and ERP process instructions
