• Assist customers through multiple channels (email or phone) enthusiastically and professionally. • Attract potential customers by answering questions suggesting, and adding information about all services to meet the customer needs. • Gather information from new customers and insert it into the platform. • Process and respond to contact requests promptly. • Contribute to creating a commitment to our client's brand.
• Have a high level of German (C1 written and oral) • Have excellent communication and active listening skills • Have the ability to identify customers' needs and propose fast solutions • Are proactive, self-motivated, and a great team player
