📋 Description

• Evaluate and implement performance and stability enhancements within D365 CE • Align system functionality with client business objectives through customization • Engage in technical conversations and workshops with customers • Develop and maintain Power Automate solutions with internal logic processing

🎯 Requirements

• 10-15 years of experience with Dynamics 365 and Dynamics CRM on cloud and optionally on-premises • Expert knowledge in Dynamics 365 Sales (Enterprise, Insights, Copilot in/for Sales) functionality and Dynamics 365 Customer Service • Extensive experience with Power App development • Strong proficiency in developing, troubleshooting, and maintaining solutions and architecture of Dynamics and Power Apps (Canvas and Model-Driven apps) and Power Automate • Advanced knowledge of D365 CE enterprise level architecture and connecting with external systems • Familiarity with integrating data from Dataverse, SharePoint, and other sources • Familiar with Power Platform governance and administration • Deep understanding of Dataverse, governance strategies, environment planning, and security • Knowledge of Application Lifecycle Management (ALM) via solutions and pipelines • Strong ability to engage with key technical stakeholders and business decision makers • Demonstrated ability to deliver technical training and effectively resolve complex Power Apps issues and architectural challenges
