• Own the full Amazon content lifecycle, from professional main image creation and listing design to developing comprehensive A+ Content (EBC), Brand Story, Amazon Posts, and Brand Store banners. • Drive strategy and concepting by proposing creative concepts and unconventional visual solutions based on a deep understanding of the product and its features. • Analyze information and communicate key messages by distilling complex data and translating it effectively into compelling visual design. • Uphold quality and brand standards by ensuring impeccable execution, visual precision, and strict adherence to guidelines at every stage of the creative process. • Understand the audience by showing a genuine interest in the beauty and health niches, analyzing target motivation, and adapting the visual style accordingly. • Drive team growth through collaborative design reviews, feedback, and active creative participation.

🎯 Requirements

• Strong experience creating content for Amazon, including product listings, A+ Content, Brand Store graphics, and promotional banners. • Understanding of Amazon marketplace requirements, such as image specifications, SEO-based content structure, platform compliance, and conversion best practices. • Advanced proficiency in professional design tools, specifically Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign, with Figma being a strong plus. • Digital illustration skills encompassing vector and raster drawing, object retouching, product enhancement, and texture work. • Experience in creating 3D-based compositions is a strong advantage, including the ability to work with product renders or basic 3D tools. • Expertise in visual hierarchy and composition, translating product benefits into clear, structured design. • Ability to create conversion-focused marketing visuals like lifestyle graphics, comparison charts, infographics, and feature highlights. • Experience working with brand guidelines and systems, ensuring adherence to brand identity and creating consistent visual frameworks. • Digital illustration skills are considered a strong asset. • Demonstrable experience in packaging design within a professional portfolio is highly advantageous. • Familiarity with utilizing AI tools to augment and streamline the design workflow is a valued addition. • Submission of a professional portfolio is a mandatory requirement for the application and hiring process.
