📋 Description
• Serve as a Director of the Company's Hong Kong subsidiary during the term of the engagement. • Maintain the required broker license(s) with the Company, as permitted by applicable law and regulatory requirements. • Assist with licensing, regulatory, and compliance matters as reasonably requested. • Execute documents and filings related to the Company's Hong Kong brokerage operations, as necessary.
🎯 Requirements
• Active Hong Kong real estate broker license in good standing. • Knowledge of Hong Kong real estate licensing and regulatory requirements. • Luxury real estate and auction experience preferred.
