📋 Description

• Assist customers with a focus on resolution, using multiple channels such as chat, tickets, phone, and messaging • Handle support through Movidesk (ticketing platform), as well as WhatsApp and phone via GoTo Connect • Investigate inconsistencies related to missing transactions, bank reconciliation, and integrations • Analyze financial discrepancies by cross-referencing information from the system, acquirers, and customer data • Manage multiple support cases simultaneously, prioritizing requests based on impact and urgency (SLA) • Escalate issues with a clear diagnosis and complete information to avoid rework between support levels • Assist customers with platform configuration and correct usage • Identify recurring problem patterns and propose process and product improvements

🎯 Requirements

• Experience in system support or technical customer service • Logical reasoning and analytical ability to investigate issues • Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously (organized multitasking) • Clear, concise, and solution-oriented communication • Proactive attitude and a strong sense of ownership over assigned tasks • Comfortable working with response time targets (SLAs) and ticket prioritization
